Pick Up Schedule
If you select "pick up 2 days at a time" for the Athletic Package, you will pick up on Day 1/Start Date (for the 1st day's cleanse) and Day 2 (for the 2nd & 3rd day's cleanses). You will not need to come back on Day 3. We will email you a schedule for your reference.
For tomorrow pick up, your order must be received by 1:00pm today. For pick up Saturday, your order must be received by Thursday at 1:00pm. We do not offer cleanses for pick up or delivery on Sundays at this time. We cannot accept same day orders. Please call 415-923-8562 or email email@example.com with any questions.

This is my second cleanse. The first day (Athletic 3 day) I went to pick up at the allotted time-there were 3 juices prepared in a box and ready to go. They tried to give it to me like that. I said, "I think there's supposed to be more." After about 20 mins I got soup,salad and quinoa. Those weren't numbered and I asked about which order I was supposed to have those. No one seemed knowledgeable and I left feeling unsettled. No hemp shot or chia shot this day. I did see "add hemp" stickers to the bottles and thought Hmm are those already in there? Second Day-pick up arrival at the same time after my exercise class 9:45-they almost didn't let me in the door. I waited a long time. Finally got all 6 juices. With a container of "hemp" and chia. Third day-no hemp, got chia. Used Caviar along with placing a order for my work colleagues. I was happy hey we're able to deliver it with their order. The juice and food quality was great. But I think the staff needs more education. The timing should be re-evaluated. I think the option is for pick up as early as 9:15? It's more like 10:00. They should anticipate early pick ups and be prepared accordingly.
